When setting up a shoot for the first time I recommend doing the work in the following order:
1.) Set the number of fields that you want to use
2.) Add your events
3.) Set the Tournament Payouts
4.) Set the Tournament Options
5.) Add additional Tournament Managers
6.) Set the Tournament Deposits
7.) Enable the Tournament to accept online registrations
