The fields at the club being set is utilized when setting squads times and locations. This feature also allows you as the shoot manager to only use the specific fields that you want for your tournament!
1.) Select the “Setup” tab.
2.) Look in the column titled Primary Tournament Options.
3.) Select the Tournament Fields link.
4.) Set the Number of Fields used in the Tournament.
5.) Set the Number of Fields to skip between Events.
6.) Click the checkbox for each field that you want to use in the tournament.
7.) Click the Update button.
Auto Adjust Field Numbers
The auto-adjust field numbers button will completely redo all field assignments for every squad across all rotations in the event. Note, if you manually assigned a field to a squad, that data will be lost!
Manually Adjust Field Numbers
This button will open a window that shows each squad across all rotations for an event. To make a field number assignment, please do the following:
1.) Select the Event that you want to assign field numbers for.
2.) Enter the field number for each squad.
3.) Select the Update button.
4.) Close the window.
