The Tournament Options window is where you define cost and availability for individual options for each tournament event!
1.) Select the “Setup” tab.
2.) Look in the column titled Primary Tournament Options.
3.) Select the Tournament Options link.
The Manage Tournament Options window should now be open.
The options that you setup will be displayed on the registration pages (Shooter Portal, Mobile Application, and Management Portal). All options by default are listed at $0.00. Any option that has a cost set to $0.00 will NOT be displayed on the various registration pages.
There are two types of options that can be offered to shooters in a tournament – Event Options and Tournament Options.
- Event Options – these are offered by event and allows the shooter to select playing the various options by the gun being shot. Examples of these include: Class Purse, Concurrent Purse, Handicaps, Oklahomas, Lewis Class, and team options (2-Man, 5-Man, Parent/Child, Husband/Wife).
- Tournament Options – these types of options run across the entire tournament. Examples of these include: 3-Man Blind, Champ of Champs, Bounty Hunter, Calcutta, Handicap HOA 4×4, 1st 100-Straight Pot, and 2nd 100-Straight Pot
4.) Enter the Amount for each option in each event.
5.) Enter the Amount for each tournament option.
6.) Click the Update button.
