In order for a tournament to accept credit card payments, please set the options as detailed below!
NOTE: In order for CC payments to be accepted, myskeet must have assigned the PayLeap and/or PayPal gateway codes for the club hosting the tournament!
1.) Select the “Setup” tab.
2.) Look in the column titled Secondary Tournament Options.
3.) Select the Credit Cards link.
The Manage Tournament Credit Cards window should now be open.
4.) Set the Allow Credit Card Payments (Yes/No).
5.) Set the Credit Card Online Payments Only (Yes/No).
– If you allow only online payments, this will disable the functionality allowing a shooter to register online but pay at the club.
6.) Set the Allow Automatic Refunds (Yes/No).
7.) Set the Automatic Refund Days option.
– the number of days that shooter is allowed to request and receive a refund without the tournament manager’s direct involvement.
8.) Click the Update button.
