The tournament management portal is the application that is used for running an NSSA skeet tournament.

Once logged into the portal, you will have a selection of tournaments for that skeet year that you have been granted permissions to manage.  Select one of the tournaments and you will be presented with a collection of tabs containing links to all of the various management pages and reports.

Portal Tabs

  • Setup
    • A collection of links that are used for setting up a tournament
    • Most of the functionality on this tab is designed to be utilized during the days and weeks before the tournament.
  • Shooters & Squadding
    • This is the location where you can add shooters into your tournament, add pre-registration information, mark a payment, etc.
    • Shooters Portal link!  The Shooter’s Portal is a collection of tabs that are all focused on a specific shooter including: contact information, registration and options data, squading, scores, payments, and payouts.
    • This tab will be used heavily during a tournament!
  • Scores
    • This tab is where all scores are entered for a tournament.
    • Scoring can be entered by squad and/or individual shooter
    • Scores can be entered by round or individual station/target
  • Shoot-Offs
    • Area where all shoot-off forms are created and printed
  • Misc
    • A collection of general features for the portal that do not fit nicely in a specific area.
    • Reload Data – because the myskeet applications are web based, you can always pull the latest data from the server to sync your environment if multiple persons are working to run the shoot.
    • Ammunition can be set for the types and amounts that are available to be sold for the tournament.
    • Emails can be sent out to the entire tournament of shooters or individuals.
  • Management Reports
    • A collection of reports that are focused on the shoot management including financial reports, shooter reports, and squadding reports.
    • Data Exports can be initiated here including: Shooters contact, payment, payout, and scores information plus PayLeap transactions
  • Shoot Reports
    • A collection of reports that are used to post for the shooters including: Scores by Class, Scores by Concurrents, Options Results, Scoresheets, Event Winners, Tournament Difficulty Factor, and many more…
  • Close the Shoot
    • A series of steps to assist the tournament manager get the data and reports necessary to close the shoot.
    • Sends the NSSA the shoot data file.
