We have invested heavily in reports and data exports in the MySkeet Applications Suite.  We currently offer 70+ reports of various types focused on scores, payments, payouts, and a collection of data that helps the tournament manager properly manage their shoot to make it the most successful shoot possible for both the club and the shooters!

Management Reports

Shooter Reports
Shooter List Report This report lists alphabetically all shooters registered for the tournament. This report shows the class for each event for the shooter.
Shooter Registration Receipt This report is the registration receipt that is handed to the shooter when they complete their tournament registration process.
Shooter Registration Form This report can be printed out if the tournament manager wants to use a paper copy for the shooters to register with. This allows all of the computer work to occur at a later time to help speed the shooters through the registration line.
Shooter Concurrents This report lists all registered shooters and displays the concurrents that each shooter has signed up for.
Optional Event Participants This report lists all shooters that have signed up for each optional event.
Shooter Special Requests This report lists all special requests that were entered by shooters in their pre-registration information.
Shooter with Invalid Emails This report shows shooters that have invalid or missing emails.
Squad Reports
Pre-Squadding Information Report This report shows any squad information that was requested by a shooter from their pre-registration information.
Squadding Report This report shows the shooters by squad for each event ordered by shoot time and field number.
Squads by Field Report This report shows squad information for each field allowing the shoot manager and chief referee an easy way to look at each field for the day to spot potential slow downs because of potential squad speeds.
Financial Reports
Shooter Balance This report shows a list of shooters sorted alphabetically with the tournament fees, payments made, payouts earned, and current balance. This report can include all shooters or only shooters with a non-zero balance.
Shooter Dues Paid This report shows the name, address, phone, and email for all shooters that have paid for an NSSA membership or state organization membership.
Merchandise This report summarizes the quantities sold and money charged for each merchandise item. If an item has units sold, then details lines by shooter are included showing the shooter’s name and amount charged.
Shooter Payments This report shows all payment details for each shooter in the tournament. This report is sorted by shooter’s last name. If money has been transferred from another shooter’s payment, those details are provided as well.
Shooter Payouts This report details the payouts for each shooter for a particular gun event or the overall tournament. This report can also include all shooters or only shooters that have received a payout.
Total Payouts by Shooter This report shows all of the payouts for each shooter in the entire tournament. Each shooter is on its own page in the report so that the payouts details page can be included with the check when mailed to the shooter.
Payments by Type This report summarizes and then shows the detail lines of all payments received by sorted by type (cash, check, credit card, on-account, complimentary)
Complimentary and On-Account Payments This report details all shooters that paid their tournament fees by On Account or were given a Complimentary fee.
Shooters Removed from Tournament This report shows all shooters that have been removed from the tournament. This report includes payments received, refunds given, and a current balance for each shooter
Shooter Refunds This report details all refunds that have been granted for the tournament.
RV Spaces This report lists all shooters renting an RV space and the amount paid.
Data Exports
Print Mailing Labels This report prints out mailing address information for each shooter using the Avery 8160 template stickers.
Export Shooter Contact Information This data export will create a .csv file containing each registered shooter’s name, address, phone, and email information.
Export Shooter Payment Information This data export will create a .csv file containing the payment details for each registered shooter.
Export Shooter Payout Information This data export will create a .csv file containing the payout details for each registered shooter.
Export Shooter Scores Information This data export will create a .csv file containing the score details for each registered shooter in each event.
Export Payleap Log Information This data export will create a .csv file containing the payment and refund details for all transactions that went through the Payleap Payment Gateway for credit card processing.

Shoot Reports

Scoresheets
Scoresheets This report prints out scoresheets for each squad in each event. This report can be printed for an entire event, by rotation, or by a specific squad.
Referee Scoresheet Details This report prints out the hits and misses for each shooter by station. This report is used to create a hard-copy of the scoresheet when scoring has been entered electronically using the Referee Application.
Event Reports
Shooter Scores by Class Report This report shows all shooter scores for an event sorted by class, score, and then long run.
Shooter Scores by Concurrent Report This report shows all shooter scores for an event sorted by concurrent, score, and then long run.
Shooter Scores (Alphabetical) Report This report shows all shooter scores for all events. This report is sorted alphabetically by shooter’s last name.
Optional Events Report This report shows all of the optional events scores for an event. The tournament manager has the option of selecting all of the optional events being run for that gun event, a single optional event, or any collection of optional events. The scores are sorted by optional event, score, and then long run.
Missing Scores Report This report shows a list of shooters that do not have a score entered for a gun event.
Tournament Reports
Event Winners Report This report displays all of the winners and payouts for an event; these winners include class, concurrent, and teams.
Difficulty Factor Report This report shows the number of entries by class for each event. At the bottom of the report is the shoot difficulty factor for the tournament.
Number of Concurrents Report This report displays the number of entries for each concurrent in each event. This report is useful for shooters that are tracking their All-American concurrents points.
Shoot-Off Reports
Shoot-Offs Worksheet This report sorts all shooters by score, then long run, in the individual classes and concurrents. This report is the main worksheet that is used to determine who is participating in a shoot-off.
Shoot-Offs Awards Worksheet This report shows the All-American awards that should be assigned for the various classes and concurrents given the difficulty factor of the tournament.
Shoot-Offs Payouts Worksheet This report shows the payouts that should be assigned to the classes and concurrents given the number of entries.
Shoot-Offs Summary Worksheet This report summarizes all shoot-offs into a single report to assist the chief referee and shoot management answer questions for the field that a shooter needs to report to for their shoot-off.
Calcutta Reports
Calcutta Payouts Report This report shows all teams with a payout breakdown for each member on the team.
Calcutta Scores Report This report prints out the Calcutta teams score. If the Calcutta is being shot with a handicap, this report shows the raw score, handicap targets, and total handicapped score.
Calcutta Teams Report This report prints out all of the Calcutta teams.
Blank Reports
Scoresheet A blank scoresheet that can be used for write-ins or as extras for the referees.
Misses-Only Scoresheet A blank Misses-Only scoresheet that can be used for write-ins or as extras for the referees.
Doubles Scoresheet A blank Doubles event scoresheet that can be used for write-ins or as extras for the referees.
Misses-Only Doubles Scoresheet A blank Misses-Only Doubles event scoresheet that can be used for write-ins or as extras for the referees.
Shoot-Offs A blank shoot-offs report that can be used for write-in shoot-offs.
1st Hundred Straight NSSA report used when a shooter records their first 100 straight in an event.

Close the Shoot Reports

Event Winners Prints the winners for each class, concurrent, and option for an event.
Checks Printed Report A report that lists all of the checks paid for this tournament.
NSSA Data File Generate the tournament data file that is emailed to the NSSA or can be downloaded locally.
Optional Event Payouts Report Optional Event Purse report including participants and payouts.
Shooter Payments Report A report that shows all of the payment details for all shooters.
Shooter Payouts Report A report that shows all of the payouts for all shooters in this tournament.
Tournament Financials Report The tournament Profit and Loss report.
Tournament Winnings Report A report that shows all of the payouts summarized per event for this tournament.

State Champions Report This report is necessary only for Open State Shoots with separate State Champions from Gun Event Champions
MySkeet Invoice This report details the MySkeet invoice for the shoot.
1099 Eligible Shooter Payouts This report lists all shooters that total payouts will be greater than $650.00 making them eligible for withholding taxes from the payouts.
