Each club has a unique number of camper spots – some may be on 50 Amp circuits, some 30 Amp, and even more that may be considered “dry camping”. The Camper/RV Management pages in the MySkeet applications allows a tournament manager assign camper spaces for their tournament and send email notifications to those campers.
1.) The Camper/RV Management page can be invoked on the Shoot Management Portal MISC tab.
2.) The Camper/RV Management page will automatically load spaces associated with the club. The Rows background colors define a specific state of each camping space:
- RED background color rows are spaces that are not allowed to be used for the tournament.
- GREEN background color rows are spaces that are assigned.
- YELLOW background color rows are spaces that are available.
3.) If the number of spaces allocated for the tournament does not match the current camper park at the club, you can update the number of available spaces for the club by selecting the “Update Club RV Spaces” button.
4.) Each space can be assigned to a shooter (or non-shooter) by selecting the document icon on the appropriate row. This will open a window for that row allowing the manager to assign a shooter, assign a non-shooter, or remove that space from being available for the tournament.
